THE COMPANY
Our industrial craftsmanship process is based in a factory located in Elda (Spain), known as the cradle of the luxury women shoes in Spain. A factory for leather goods and shoes. For the first time ever in the history of issanto, we puts activities related to leather goods and shoes under the same roof in order to improve the sharing of skills and best practices.
In order to meet the demand for issanto’s items, significant investment has been committed to the supply chain, with a focus on preserving manufacturing know-how and IT innovation, vertical integration and lead-time reduction, remembering that our production time is less than 3 weeks.
Within issanto factory, among others, we performe activities like full in-house prototyping, sampling activity for women shoes, technical and pre-production stages, full size grading phases and, obviously, production orders.
We know very well that the secret of having an incredible and reliable product is building a perfect last. For that reason, we work with one of the best Last maker in the world (Maestro Hormero) who works, at the same time, with the best Italian brands in the world.
We’ve been working with factories around the world for over 25 years that only expert hands could do, and since then we have not stopped creating models that represent dreams shoes. Countries like Italy, Portugal, Spain, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc… have been manufacturers for us, and now is the time to launch to the market officially our brand: issanto… made in Spain.
THE PRODUCT
Each model is created on demand, is unique and unrepeatable with sizes for most of the population, from US#5 to US#12 in 2 different widths, standard and wide, adjusting it with its measures to achieve a perfect fit.
Our product is made with genuine compounds and materials from registered companies and brands. Some of our leathers, insoles and outsoles come from Italy. We spare no expense or cut corners in using the best materials in the world.
The handcraft is made by professional people with years of experience making shoes. Tradition and contemporary are the fusion of manual work with the latest advances in design and production, resulting in a unique shoe.
