ISSANTO wants to give the opportunity to everyone to have access to get our products. For this reason, we created a distribution network that allows us to reach over 170 countries and make your shopping experience comfortable and satisfying.

Once your order has come to our Logistic Center from the factory, the shipment is made the same day or the next day. We process and ship orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday (with the exception of Spanish public holidays). The estimated delivery time is 1-5 days, depending on the destination country and, in required cases, the processing of Customs.

ISSANTO ensures that each product is produced for each client in a special way and ensuring that the product maintains all the optimal conditions. Once your order has been placed, due to the bespoke nature, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.

Each product is shipped directly from the factory to our Logistic Center. This process is performed to ensure that the product is in perfect conditions and allows us to have fully control over the quality, management and shipments. This service is completely free and is created to meet our customer demand
ISSANTO cannot be held responsible for any customs fees that may arise in the receiving country.

TRACKING

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order via the link provided.

DISCREET PACKAGE

In ISSANTO we value the discretion and confidentiality. For this reason we ship within discreet packages without any external marks, logotype or signs that allows identify their contents.

When shipping company or customs request us the content description, in no case it is referred to the size, brand or model it contains. Only the generic word “Calzado or shoes” (Footwear in Spanish).

SAFE SHIPPING

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility, for your purchased goods, passes to you. If you have specified a recipient, who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then, you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ISSANTO and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
