The use of the website www.issanto.com (from now on, ISSANTO, the “website” or “online shop”), as well as the purchase of any of the items available and use of the services offered at the website will be subject to the user’s prior acceptance of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TACOS). Please read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE before you continue using our website.
The access or use of the available services at the website implies that the user accepts the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE as well as our PRIVACY POLICY.
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE may change from time to time. We recommend that you read carefully these TACOS every time before starting the purchase process. Any changes in the TACOS will be communicated to our users through our website, our newsletter or using other electronic means of communication such as email.

1 USER REGISTRATION
You are not requested to register to place and order. However, to access some of our other services you will need to register by completing the form with their personal information, which must be accurate and authentic. At the end of the registering process the user will be prompted to accept the TERMS AND CONTIONS OF SALE and our PRIVACY POLICY.
Please keep you User’s ID and password in a safe place. Once you have registered, you can access your account information at any time where you will be able to modify the information, and monitor the status of your orders.
If you detect any misuse of you personal information please contact us immediately by email at customerservice@issanto.com.
If you have forgotten your User’s ID or password, you can request a new one by accessing the link “Sing In” and “Forgotten your Password?” You will receive an email with a new password. With the new password, you can now access your account and change your password by clicking in “Change Password”.
2 PURCHASE ORDERS
To complete a purchase order you will be prompted to enter your personal information. You will be asked to introduce your real name, shipping address, email address, phone number and other information. You will also have to select the payment method.
3 ORDER CONFIRMATION, MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS AND LEGAL ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order on the Website, the customer expressly confirms that he/she is purchasing a made-to-order and fully personalized product, manufactured exclusively according to the specifications selected during the configuration process.
The customer understands and expressly accepts that, pursuant to European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), customized and made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or errors directly attributable to ISSANTO.
Before completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges having carefully reviewed and approved all selected specifications, including but not limited to design, materials, colors, heel height, size, and any other customization options available. The customer accepts full responsibility for the choices made during the configuration process.
Production will begin immediately after payment confirmation. From that moment onward, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be possible.
The customer also accepts the estimated production and delivery timeframe of fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days, which may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the manufacturing process.
By checking the corresponding confirmation box during checkout and completing the payment, the customer declares that he/she has read, understood, and fully accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy of ISSANTO.
4 METHOD OF PAYMENTS AND PRICES
Accepted payment methods are the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, 4B. You can also pay through PayPal. Bank transfers or C.O.D. will not be accepted. ISSANTO uses a secure payment platform with encryption. ISSANTO will not store the credit card information in its files.
By using credit/debit cards the user confirms that the card used belongs to him/her or that he/she has been authorized to use it by the credit card holder. All credit card transactions will be subject to a security and verification process. ISSANTO will not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations of the purchase orders in the event your bank does not authorize the transaction.
Prices are stated in US DOLLARS and include VAT. For shipping destinations such as Switzerland, Norway, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Canarias and Gibraltar will be shipped under DDU terms without VAT and you will be responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. For these destinations extra shipping charges may apply due to custom clearance costs.
Check the shipping cost charged on the CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT screen before you complete your purchase.
The prices for all items sold are expressed in US DOLLARS. Prices shown in other currencies are just for your reference and are subject to changes depending on the applicable exchange rate. All payments and refunds will be executed in US DOLLARS. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate applied by your bank on the day we process the transaction. Please note that exchange rates used by banks vary and these many not be exactly the same as the prices specified in our website.
Customers purchasing from a country member of the European Union will be served under DDP terms for whom the prices stated in our website will already include all relevant import duties and taxes. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU (Switzerland, Norway, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Canaries, Gibaltrar) will also be charged for customs clearance costs. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from UPS or MRW or an import broker appointed by you. Before you complete your purchase, we recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine any other costs you may incur.
If your shipment was to a destination within the EU, for any returns or exchanges all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ISSANTO. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office.
The prices specified in our website do not include shipping charges. In the section “SHIPMENTS” bellow you will find the information related to the transport costs for each country depending on the size of the order.
5 SHIPMENTS. DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND INSURANCE.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the shipment and the country/region of destination. Shipping charges are just estimates and may change. Check the shipping costs at the end of your “CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT” screen before you complete the order process.
Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors we cannot control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or payment verification procedures from your bank.
ISSANTO is responsible for the merchandise on every shipment during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. To complete the purchase process all orders must be signed at reception of the goods. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that of the delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ISSANTO and the responsibility will transfer to you in the same way.
Once the goods have been invoiced and shipped to you will receive an email confirming the status of your order and the transport agency’s tracking number. If you have created an account with us you will be able to verify the status of your order though our website by singing in to your account.
6 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The use of this website or its contents grants no rights to the user in relation to any copyrights, trademarks, brands, logos, images, graphics or photographs including the programming code and the data bases. All content in this website belongs to ISSANTO and they are protected by national and international Property Rights treaties. Any reproduction or distribution of the contents in this website is prohibited and may result in a violation of applicable law.
7 UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE
This website and its contents are for the purpose of retail distribution and therefore for the use of final consumers. Third parties are prohibited from copying, distributing, reproducing, publishing, or engaging in any commercial activities using the services, contents or products on this website. It is strictly prohibited for parties to make use of this website, its products or contents for commercial use.
8 APLICABLE LAW
The Terms and Conditions of Sale and all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Spanish law and the courts of the Kingdom of Spain will have exclusive jurisdiction.
CHANGES OF THE USE CONDITIONS
The Website can modify or update, partially or totally, these General Use Conditions. The changes and the updates of the General Use Conditions will be published on the Website Home page as soon as they are adopted and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Website in this section.
LIABILITIES FOR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE
1) The access and the use of the Website, including displaying web pages, communicating with the Website, downloading information relevant to products and their purchase are activities that the user carries out for personal purposes and don’t involve any commercial, professional or entrepreneurial activity.
2) The user will be liable for the use of the Website and its contents. Issanto is liable for the use of the Website and its content that does comply with the regulations in force and the legal notes of the Website except for the liabilities for damage and gross negligence. In particular, only the user will be liable for communicating incorrect information or data, as well as false data or data from third parties who have not authorized their use as well as for the incorrect use of the data themselves.
3) The user is liable for the use of material downloaded from the website or obtained from it; therefore, the liabilities for damages to computer systems or loss of data resulting from downloading it from the website are charged to the user and can never be charged to the Website.
4) The user is responsible for keeping and properly using his/her personal information such as the credentials to enter reserved services, as well as for negative consequences or injury caused to the Manager or third parties due to the incorrect use, loss or theft of information.
5) The Manager provides the Website as it is in the factual and legal state without any implicit or explicit warranty to the user. Except in cases of damage or gross negligence, the Manager will not be responsible for damage due to the use of the Website and the websites of third parties that are indirectly linked to its Website, such as damage to IT systems, loss of data or loss of commercial opportunities as well as any business interruption. Except for the law limitations, Issanto declines all liabilities for any damage due to the incapability to use the Website services or other damage caused by viruses, damaged files, errors, omissions, service interruptions, the cancellation of content, problems with the network, providers, telephone and/or telematic connections, unauthorized access, changes of data, no operation and/or malfunctioning of electronic devices of the user.
6) In accordance with the limitations of the regulations in force, the user commits to indemnify Issanto and its entitled persons from charges and damage, including legal costs, which might be caused by entering and/or using the Website in violation to the law in force and the legal notes on the Website and/or by violating the rights of third parties.
